All samples did not pose any hazard to public health since (acute Hazard Quotient) aHQ values were &lt;1, except for four peach samples that showed aHQ values above one for the same pesticide (cypermethrin), and the aHQ values were 4.27, 3.14, 2.4, and 1.85. The Journal''s basis is nutrient composition, with increasing emphasis on bioactive non-nutrient and anti-nutrient components. Papers must provide sufficient description of the food samples, analytical methods, quality control procedures and statistical treatments of the data to permit the end users of the food composition data to evaluate the appropriateness of such data in their projects.
