Herein, we report an operationally simple, efficient, unique, and practical one-step strategy for synthesizing diverse valuable structures bearing furo[3,2-<i>b</i>]furans core leveraging Tf<sub>2</sub>O's promoted reactivity of nitriles with diacetonide protected furanose.
