摘要
导言感染艾滋病毒的年轻人（YPLHIV）罹患慢性肾病（CKD）的风险较高，而慢性肾病与高死亡率和高发病率相关。早期诊断对于阻止病情恶化非常重要。我们的目的是估算乌干达坎帕拉青年艾滋病病毒感染者中慢性肾脏病的患病率和相关因素，并比较血清肌酐和胱抑素 C 对该人群慢性肾脏病早期诊断的作用。
