The capacity constraints also enable the quantification of various disaster-related disruptions to production, transportation, and storage on the volumes of commodity flows as well as on the prices. 摘要

世界正面临着巨大的挑战,因为纷争日益加剧,气候变化的影响以及随之而来的突发性和缓发性灾害都影响到了粮食安全所需的农产品贸易。本文构建了一个多周期、多商品、国际农产品贸易网络均衡模型,并对农产品的生产、运输和储存设置了能力限制。该模型允许供应国和需求国市场之间有多条路线、不同的运输方式,以及生产国、消费国和中间国的储存。基本函数的通用性加上能力限制,使得可以建立农产品在生产、运输和储存方面的竞争模型。能力约束还可以量化与灾害有关的生产、运输和储存中断对商品流量和价格的影响。本报告以俄罗斯全面入侵乌克兰对农产品贸易的影响为灵感,提出了一系列数值示例,并对结果进行了分析,以深入了解战争造成的粮食不安全问题。
