摘要

本文研究了资源统筹在促进服务化转型企业实现可持续发展的商业模式创新中的作用。以三一重工为研究对象,构建了三级评价指标,确定了在此过程中产生关键影响的资源和能力。通过对资源和能力的不断分解和整合,得出了企业服务化转型过程中商业模式创新的资源协调行为。研究成果揭示了从 "获取-稳定-动员 "到 "积累-丰富-协调",最后到 "积累-开拓-部署 "的战略演进过程,对重新定义服务化价值创造和商业模式逻辑转型具有重要作用。本研究有助于理解资源协调如何在服务化转型背景下促进商业模式创新,实现企业的可持续发展。
