摘要

1-4 由于病变的症状性,且在连续影像学检查中病变逐渐增大并伴有脊髓水肿,患者通过外侧入路接受了显微外科左侧C2-3半椎板切除术和内侧面切除术,以获取腹侧外生的钙化成分。5-7 借助带 "爪 "附件的超声骨吸引器进行了剥离和零星切除,同时尽量减少对神经实质的操作。术后未发现新的神经功能缺损,术后 1 周的影像学检查显示脊髓信号异常明显减少。本文回顾了超声骨爪的技术注意事项以及有关钙化髓内脊髓空洞畸形治疗效果的文献。患者同意该手术并同意发表其图像。由于本研究具有回顾性和病例报告的性质,因此无需获得机构审查委员会的批准。
