Ostial Atresia After Coronary Unroofing for Anomalous Aortic Origin of the Left Coronary Artery.
In this case report, we describe a 16-year-old patient who developed ostial atresia of the left main coronary artery after a coronary unroofing procedure for anomalous aortic origin of the left coronary artery from the right coronary sinus.
