摘要

黄龙病(HLB)是越南最严重的柑橘病害。本文首次报告了在越南达乐省种植的受 HLB 感染的柑橘根部微生物数据,以便进一步开展防治工作。本文采集了受 HLB 感染的柑橘根部,并分离了基因组 DNA。利用 Illumina 平台对射弹元基因组文库进行测序,并使用生物信息学工具分析测序数据。我们发现,从样本中确定了根微生物组的 4 个界、27 个门、57 个类、124 个目、246 个科、722 个属和 1758 个种。放线菌门(Actinomycetota)是最主要的门类(47.37%),生物合成是微生物组的主要功能(57.38%)。
