The patient was treated with 3 days of intravenous methylprednisolone followed by oral prednisolone taper and topical steroid therapy. Resolution of retinal occlusive vasculitis was observed 2 months post treatment.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Retinal occlusive vasculitis is a rare complication of intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF), particularly with faricimab injections.
