However, still there are many nurses unemployed and looking for an appropriate job. Therefore, this descriptive study aimed to examine unemployment reasons among nurses in Turkey. The study collected data from 266 unemployed nurses through an online questionnaire included demographic, socioeconomic, professional, and working characteristics, job expectations, and reasons for unemployment. Descriptive statistics were used in data analysis.
