California bill seeks warning label on social media platforms

Observing a need to combat youth mental health crises linked to social media, California lawmakers have introduced legislation to require social media platforms to prominently display black box warning labels consistent with recent calls to action by the U.S. Surgeon General, according to a news release from the office of California Attorney General Rob Bonta.
