By framing these factors within the context of Medication Adherence, Medication Appropriateness, and Medication Adverse Events (MA<sup>3</sup>), we aim to refine therapeutic strategies, improve drug efficacy, and minimize adverse effects, with the goal of improving personalized medicine.
