摘要

现在,来自北京理工大学的卞立恒、王震、张宇哲及其同事在《自然》杂志上发表了一篇文章,他们开发了一种片上HS相机,工作光谱范围为400-1,700 nm,光利用率接近75%(卞立恒等)。Nature 635, 73-81;2024)。他们成功的关键是开发了宽带多光谱滤波器阵列(BMSFA),该阵列由含有16种不同的具有宽带吸收的有机化合物的负光刻胶制成。然后,BMSA直接集成在单色成像芯片上,同时神经网络解析高光谱数据立方体以重建高光谱图像(见图中的原理图)。“这样的频谱覆盖非常重要,因为许多应用需要检测在宽带上分布的多个频谱特征。覆盖这样的光谱特征对于高精度的检测和识别是必要的,”该研究的第一作者边立恒评论道。
