摘要

本文报告一例霍奇金淋巴瘤治疗后的外周T细胞淋巴瘤。颈部淋巴结活检最初证实为经典霍奇金淋巴瘤，Reed-Sternberg细胞表达CD30和B细胞特异性激活剂。2年后，病情进展，经淋巴结活检诊断为外周t细胞淋巴瘤（非特异性），CD3、CD4、CD8表达。该患者于2023年11月接受化疗。
