摘要

本文利用倾斜介质界面中产生的极化电荷来计算电场。一般来说,由于施加电压而产生电场时,极化电荷发生在介电界面上,它们是由于介电介质上介电常数的不连续而出现的。当不同介电常数的介电材料接触时,极化电荷的大小由垂直于介电界面的电场分量决定。因此,本文在计算电场时,采用了不同于大多数现有研究中近似或递推方程得到的介电界面处的极化电荷,并利用商业数值分析程序进行了验证。
