The contractile activity of histamine was not influenced by cimetidine or ranitidine, while antazoline and promethazine antagonized mentioned activity of histamine completely. 摘要

研究了组胺及组胺能H1阻滞剂(安他唑啉、异丙嗪)和H2阻滞剂(西咪替丁、雷尼替丁)对人脐静脉螺旋切条等距收缩的影响。组胺引起静脉条的剂量相关收缩,而组胺能H1和H2阻滞剂没有改变静脉张力。西咪替丁和雷尼替丁不影响组胺的收缩活性,而安他唑啉和异丙嗪则完全拮抗组胺的收缩活性。我们认为组胺通过作用于H1受体发挥人脐静脉的收缩作用,而H2受体不参与组胺的上述活性。
