摘要

基于我们小组早期的发现,不仅动脉粥样硬化患者血管组织中血管壁合成抗聚集前列腺素发生改变,而且血小板对这些前列腺素的敏感性也发生了变化,我们对50例40岁前心肌梗死患者进行了研究。所有患者均通过血管造影证实冠心病。血小板的敏感性与吸烟习惯、高脂蛋白血症的类型和存在、一、二、三支血管疾病和家族史有关。除高脂蛋白血症和吸烟外,所有患者均无其他危险因素。结果表明,与对照组相比,高脂蛋白组的血小板对抗聚集前列腺素的敏感性显著降低。
