摘要

基因毒性化合物和各种癌症化疗药物可与烟草烟雾协同作用,特别是在吸烟护士处理细胞抑制药物。本研究的目的是检验吸烟对护士姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)频率的影响比工作条件下细胞抑制剂的影响更大的假设。使用抗癌药的医护人员淋巴细胞SCE发生率高于不使用抗癌药的对照组(吸烟者和非吸烟者)。吸烟护士的SCE频率增加较多,而每周使用细胞抑制剂3次的非吸烟护士的SCE频率增加较少。
