摘要

正常造血和化疗后外周血单核细胞或/和细胞素在血细胞分离器上分离并冷冻保存。本文对22例不同血液学及实体恶性肿瘤患者的细胞进行了检测。刺激后可迅速收集到造血前体含量高的单核细胞。在对预后不利的患者进行超高剂量化疗后,移植这种材料可以快速持久地恢复造血功能。细胞素(粒细胞和粒细胞-巨噬细胞生长因子)促进外周血造血细胞前体快速可靠的产生。
