It was established that on the one hand there was early activation of cellular immune reactions with high level of cytotoxic T-cells and enhanced lymphocyte recirculation via postcapillary venules, on the other side at later stages changes in the vascular wall and circulatory disorders develop in line with deposition of intra- and extravascular fibrin. 采用免疫组织化学、超微结构、形态学和形态计量学技术,以及F VIII R:Ag内皮细胞、CD2和CD3 T淋巴细胞、CD1和CD10 T淋巴细胞、CD4 T辅助细胞、CD8和CD30 T杀伤细胞和活化淋巴细胞的单克隆抗体,研究恶性肿瘤区域淋巴结细胞免疫与血液微循环的关系。我们发现,一方面早期细胞免疫反应被激活,细胞毒性t细胞水平升高,淋巴细胞通过毛细血管后小静脉循环增强,另一方面,后期血管壁改变和循环障碍的发生与血管内和血管外纤维蛋白的沉积一致。这阻碍了淋巴细胞的再循环,导致t效应物的数量减少,从而防止转移扩散到淋巴结。
