摘要

对14例免疫性中性粒细胞减少症患者外周血中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞进行了不同密度的2个中性粒细胞组玫瑰花形成技术的研究。所有嗜中性粒细胞减少的病例根据所研究的所有PB中性粒细胞的吞噬完整性分为2组。1组患者的吞噬功能D-RFN受损,这些细胞、形成自噬的淋巴细胞和中性粒细胞水平升高。2组患者的吞噬功能D-RFN和EAC-RFN存在缺陷,同时包括早期淋巴细胞在内的自噬形成含量极高。上述综合技术可用于预测中性粒细胞减少症的持续时间和严重程度,这对进一步选择性研究中性粒细胞减少症的原因和有效治疗具有重要意义。
