摘要

我们使用结核分枝杆菌(SIHV株)细胞壁相关蛋白作为抗原用于肺结核的血清诊断。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对19例复发肺结核患者和46例新诊断肺结核患者及21例健康人的血清进行了结核分枝杆菌(M. tuberculosis, SIHV)细胞壁相关蛋白检测。结果显示,肺结核新发病例和复发病例的阳性率分别为92%和100%。对照血清的阴性率为90%。结核分枝杆菌细胞壁相关蛋白可用于肺结核的血清诊断,与健康人群有明显区别。
