The universally recommended treatment of post-chemotherapy residual retroperitoneal tumor masses is radical retroperitoneal lymph node dissection. Results of our 74 limited expresses of these tumor masses confirm that the chosen treatment was appropriate. It guarantees the future and limits genital sequellae in young patients.
