摘要

本文报道了全γ辐照大鼠体内鸟氨酸循环代谢产物和酶的研究结果。结果表明,电离辐射进一步增强了肝氨结合功能。在失败的第一阶段,没有明显的酶激活。在病理过程发展的顶端,酶活性也有所增加。在此期间观察到明确的剂量依赖性。照射后1个月肝功能下降,影响后2个月肝功能不正常。
