摘要

我们对14例唾液结石患者进行了压电碎石术,没有一例患者需要麻醉、镇痛或镇静剂。所有唾液结石均在第一次碎石术中完全碎裂。体外冲击波治疗4个月后,所有患者均无症状,14例患者中有7例超声检查未发现混凝土。经临床、生化、超声、磁共振等检查证实,压电碎石治疗唾液结石无严重副作用。体外压电碎石术是治疗大唾液腺涎石症的一种新的非手术治疗方法。
