The proliferative activity of endothelial cells was expressed by labeling index (LI).</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>PCNA was positive in all of proliferating strawberry, composite hemangiomas and some of cavernous hemangiomas in children. PCNA was negative in all of adult involuted hemangiomas and some of cavernous hemangiomas in children.
