The elbow joints and their functions were satisfactorily restored in 5 limbs and the functions were also regained through further elbow joint release procedures in 2 limbs. 摘要

目的:介绍一种修复和恢复上肢严重高压电烧伤患者肘关节及其功能的方法。方法:设计背阔肌肌皮瓣(MCF)移位修复肘关节创面,利用背阔肌肌皮瓣的运动动力恢复关节屈曲功能。这个手术挽救了肘关节,以前必须截肢。结果:8例,10条肢体受累。所有皮瓣全部成活,其中6个皮瓣初步愈合,4个皮瓣经换药后愈合。5例肘关节及功能恢复满意,2例肘关节进一步松解后功能恢复。另外3条肢体(2例)与我们失联,结果尚不清楚。结论:该方法优点明显,效果满意。
