Sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) calcium transport function was measured by millipore filtration technique.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The maximal rates of LV pressure elevation (+ dp/ dtmax) and depression (-dp/dtmax) in burn group were significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.01). The initial rate and capacity of calcium uptake by SR decreased markedly in burn group than in control group (P < 0.01). 摘要

目的:探讨严重烧伤后心肌钙转运功能的变化及其在心功能障碍中的作用。方法:研究30% TBSA全层烧伤后3、8、24小时Wistar大鼠离体心脏制剂左心室收缩舒张特性。采用毫孔过滤技术测定肌浆网钙转运功能。结果:烧伤组患者最大左室压升高率(+ dp/dtmax)和最大左室压降低率(-dp/dtmax)均显著低于对照组(P < 0.01)。烧伤组大鼠SR初始钙吸收速率和钙吸收容量显著低于对照组(P < 0.01)。此外,钙依赖性atp酶活性和SR偶联率也明显降低。结论:SR钙转运功能下降与心肌收缩功能障碍密切相关,前者是严重烧伤后心肌收缩功能障碍的重要机制之一。
