Acute hypoxia was accompanied by increase of pineal level of cyclic nucleotides and administration of adrenoreceptor antagonists attenuated this effect. Pretreatment of animals with adrenoreceptor antagonists did not influence the effect of acute hypobaric hypoxia on pineal cyclic nucleotide content. This suggests involvement of non-adrenergic mechanisms into augmentation of pineal cyclic nucleotide level. Administration of epithalamin caused an increase of pineal cGMP. Administration of epithalamin to rats pretreated with adrenoreceptor antagonists increased pineal cGMP and to a lesser extent cAMP content. The latter suggests that epithalamin effect was not mediated via sympathetic innervation. 摘要

研究了急性低压缺氧条件下,α -甲基-对酪氨酸(儿茶酚胺合成抑制剂)和α -(+) -肾上腺素能拮抗剂共同给药或上皮素预处理对幼年雄性白化大鼠松果体环核苷酸含量的影响。急性缺氧伴松果体环核苷酸水平升高,肾上腺素受体拮抗剂可减弱这种作用。用肾上腺素受体拮抗剂预处理动物不影响急性低压缺氧对松果体环核苷酸含量的影响。这表明非肾上腺素能机制参与了松果体环核苷酸水平的增加。给药引起松果体cGMP升高。给肾上腺受体拮抗剂预处理的大鼠注射上皮素增加了松果体cGMP,并在较小程度上增加了cAMP含量。后者表明上皮素的作用不是通过交感神经支配介导的。由此可见,急性应激条件下松果体的激活明显与非肾上腺素能神经支配和体液调节机制有关。
