CLINICAL EVALUATION OF TRIAMCINOLONE SPRAY IN DERMATOLOGIC CONDITIONS.
A variety of dermatologie conditions encountered in 163 patients was treated with triamcinolone acetonide spray. Among the 155 patients who were followed, results were excellent in 57 (36.8 percent), good in 60 (38.7 percent), fair in 21 (13.5 percent) and poor in 17 (11 percent). Localized neurodermatitis, contact dermatitis and eczematous conditions responded well to treatment. Poor responses were noted in patients with alopecia areata, herpes zoster, mycosisfungoides and granuloma annulare.
