Moderator Shambaugh: We are going to run our round table in an informal manner, and to start the ball rolling, I am going to call on Dr. Lawrence. I would like him to tell us if he has any clues as to how we are going to preoperatively diagnose a round window closure. It seems as though there must be some type of tests—hearing tests or other tests—which could be done to help us diagnose these cases ahead of time.
