摘要

本文报道23例耳硬化症患者行“第二耳”镫骨切除术的疗效评价。回顾性分析所有术前、术后听力学资料、所有相关手术信息及患者特征。所有患者的气骨间隙均有显著改善。20例(87.0%)患者双侧听力学阈值改善;1例(4.3%)患者单侧改善，另一只耳朵没有变化，2例(8.7%)患者第一耳改善，最后一次手术后第二耳下降。随访期间，无致残并发症。我们的研究表明，第二耳镫骨切开术是一种安全且效果良好的手术。
