The aim is to describe the many facets and changes in the world of work, to derive relevant positions and theses for work research from the employer's point of view, and to stimulate discussion on the further development of work science. Socio-technical aspects are considered, such as the impact of digitization and artificial intelligence on work design, sustainability in the economy.
