摘要

目的:观察针刺百会(DU20)、水沟(DU26)、神门(HT7)对血管性痴呆患者慢状核糖代谢的影响。方法:将10例血管性痴呆患者随机分为两组,对照组在偏瘫常规穴位(选取6个手、足阳经)针刺治疗,治疗组在痴呆的百会(DU20)、水沟(DU26)、神门(HT7)加针刺3个穴位。治疗前后均行正电子发射断层扫描(PET)检测双侧小晶状体核糖代谢。结果:治疗组正常外侧脑小体核糖代谢明显增强,对照组双侧小体核糖代谢无明显增强。结论:针刺百会(DU20)、水沟(DU26)、神门(HT7)对血管性痴呆的治疗作用可能与促进慢状核糖代谢有关。
