We found that two lysosomal cysteine proteinases, cathepsins S and L, were found to be differentially expressed in different types of \"professional\" and \"nonprofessional\" antigen presenting cells, including B cells, macrophages, specialized thymic epithelium, intestinal epithelium, and dendritic cells.
