One patient with a left posterior communication artery aneurysm developed transient sensory aphasia and motor aphasia after surgery due to intraoperative aneurysm rupture. 摘要

目的:探讨微创翼点锁孔入路治疗前循环动脉瘤的可行性。方法:对前循环动脉瘤患者行点锁孔入路夹闭动脉瘤,其中9例为后交通动脉瘤,3例为大脑中动脉瘤,6例为前交通动脉瘤,按Hunt-Hess分级分为I ~ III期。结果:所有动脉瘤均成功夹闭。1例左侧后交通动脉瘤患者因术中动脉瘤破裂,术后出现短暂性感觉失语和运动失语。无面神经损伤引起面瘫。结论:翼点锁孔入路是治疗前循环动脉瘤的一种非常有效的手术入路,应谨慎确定适应证和周密的手术计划。
