摘要

我们报告两例成人突发心肺骤停，因为急性会厌炎发生在我们的医院。虽然这是一种罕见的病理，预后一般较好，但我们试图引起人们对这种并发症的重视，即使在以前没有呼吸阻塞的情况下，也可能以不可预见的方式发生。1例患者因无法行口气管插管(OI)，需在ICU行合骨切开术，另1例患者经紧急抢救后死亡。
