Previous results suggest that uro mutant was caused by a single gene mutation and the URO function might be associated with auxin-mediated plant development. In this paper, some ethylene-related phenotypes of uro mutant are reported, such as hyponastic rosette leaves, persistent off perianth and elongated hypocotyls.
