摘要

为了了解航天诱导的玉米遗传雄性不育突变体花粉败育的细胞学机制,利用杂交姐妹群体进行了不育性分析和细胞学观察。本研究采用完整花药观察、离体细胞观察和石蜡切片。结果表明,遗传雄性不育突变体花粉败育主要发生在减数分裂二分体期。二体变性,形态异常。在花药发育后期,绒毡层细胞呈巨大空泡化和延迟变性。花粉母细胞(PMC)在减数分裂前开始溶解和退化。
