摘要

研究了远端神经退化对近端神经残端侧支芽再生的影响。采用延迟交叉缝合吻合术,将新切除的腓总神经和慢性去神经TIB神经残端交叉缝合0 ~ 8周。远端神经退化8周后再生的髓鞘轴突数量显著减少,提示短期去神经支配不影响侧支芽再生,但较长时间的去神经支配会严重减少远端残端侧支芽再生。
