All patients returned to competitive level without elbow complaints after the operation.When throwing athletes present with unusual posterior elbow pain and no significant findings on radiographs, a CT scan examination should be performed. 摘要

本文报道了鹰嘴应力性骨折的回顾性病例系列。6例患者在投掷棒球和垒球时出现肘关节后痛,但x线片未诊断骨折。我们使用计算机断层扫描(CT)检测鹰嘴应力性骨折,并通过小皮肤切口使用无头空心双螺纹螺钉进行内固定。术后所有患者均恢复到竞技水平,无肘部不适。当投掷运动员出现不寻常的肘部后痛,且x线片上没有明显发现时,应进行CT扫描检查。我们推荐通过小皮肤切口用螺钉内固定手术治疗,作为鹰嘴应力性骨折的一个很好的选择,以使竞技运动员早日恢复体育活动。
