摘要

冷热问题是中医理论的核心之一。本文综述了寒热证寒热精的生物学基础、寒热体质及中草药的寒热性质等相关实验研究。从经典的生理生化指标、基因表达、蛋白表达和代谢差异来看,冷热证或冷热体质的差异主要基于与相应基因和蛋白表达相关的神经递质、甲状腺功能、性激素、环核苷酸系统和能量代谢。进一步分析了伴随“体质-证候-草药干预”动态发展过程中相关指标的变化,表明寒热精的生物学基础研究已经从单一指标转向多指标,从分散研究转向系统研究。
