摘要

设计了能够实现二维医学图像浏览、预处理和三维重建的人体器官几何建模软件。该软件采用区域增长和交互分割相结合的方法实现医学图像分割。同时,利用MC曲面重建算法实现三维重建。此外,该软件采用visualc++进行投影。然后,为了合理地表达骨骼和肌肉的结构信息,利用该软件对研究对象的骨骼和肌肉医学图像数据进行分割和三维重建,获得几何模型。
