摘要

众所周知,神经根病的病因是椎间孔内的神经根受压,椎间孔因椎体滑动和椎间盘高度降低而变窄。在一些患者中,开孔并不能解决这个问题。我们描述了一种新的减压技术,使用椎弓根去除和经椎弓根动态内固定来稳定脊柱。我们对2例患者进行了该手术,取得了很好的效果。
