摘要

背景:光化性角化病是一种常见的恶性皮肤病变。由于其发病率越来越高,人们已经做出了一些努力来早期发现并提高对角化细胞光致癌途径的认识。因此,最近在这个领域有了新的发现。目的:在回顾光化性角化病相关文献的基础上,回顾光化性角化病的发病机制和新专利,总结其诊断和治疗方法的最新进展。结论:虽然在光损伤皮肤领域已经做了一些努力,但为了早期发现浅浅光化性角化病,提高患者的无病生存期,更好地治疗野区癌变,还需要在诊断和治疗方面有新的提升。

Background: Actinic keratosis is a common premalignant skin lesion. Because of its increasing incidence, several efforts have been made to earlier detectection and to improve knowledge on photocarcinogenic pathways of keratinocytes.
