摘要

首次探讨组胺及h1 -组胺受体在头孢曲松致大鼠腹泻中的作用机制。研究雄性大鼠Wistar (180 ~ 250 g)结肠上皮内水和电解质的流动情况,离区活体灌注,观察头孢曲松(50 mg/kg肌注)、组胺(1,8;3、6;7,2 mg/kg, introperytonealno, 3,6 mg*kg-1 *h-1静脉注射)和氯雷他定(1,7 mg/kg,每只)。组胺静脉注射与头孢曲松类似,对水和钠的转运有促分泌作用。氯雷他定阻断h1 -组胺受体可阻止头孢曲松所致腹泻的临床症状,并伴有结肠上皮总水流量指标和钾离子的恢复。氯雷他定可推荐用于预防非感染性病因的抗生素性腹泻。
