It is shown that at experimental hyperthyroidism (rectal temperature of 38,5±0,10С) a muscle acquires high functional capabilities. It is shown that the latent period of generation and the time of development of positive wave “М-respones” are (-32%) and (- 22%). The latent period of shortening of muscle diminishes (- 23%) at single contraction. During experimental thyrotoxicosis (rectal temperature of 39,4±0,2 0 С) we observed physiopathological changes in the functional state of skeletal muscle: the lengthening of the latent period of generation of “М-respones” (+21%), an increase in the time of development of positive wave (+54%) and of latent period of shortening of muscle (+14%). 摘要

在大鼠实验中,研究了实验性甲状腺功能亢进对大鼠胫骨前肌的影响特点。研究表明,在实验性甲亢(直肠温度为38.5±0,10С)时,肌肉获得了高功能。结果表明,正波“М-respones”的产生潜伏期为(-32%),发展时间为(- 22%)。肌肉缩短的潜伏期在单次收缩时减少(- 23%)。实验期间(直肠温度39.4±0.20 С)骨骼肌功能状态的生理病理变化:“М-respones”产生潜伏期延长(+21%),正波发育时间增加(+54%),肌肉缩短潜伏期增加(+14%)。提示实验性甲亢和甲状腺毒症骨骼肌的功能状态发生了不同方向的变化。
