摘要

细菌通过趋化系统在复杂环境中获得生存优势。趋化性在细菌的定植和致病性、豆科植物与根瘤菌的共生以及植物与微生物的相互作用中起着重要的作用。磷酸酶CheZ是趋化信号适应过程中不可缺少的调节蛋白。本文就CheZ的结构、作用机制、功能调控、蛋白靶向及其进化现状进行综述。这项工作对其他细菌趋化系统的研究具有借鉴意义。
