Participants had blood samples taken a day before and after rafting and paragliding practices. 摘要

目的:本研究的目的是确定久坐男性进行漂流和滑翔伞运动对血脂的影响。材料与方法:17名男性滑翔伞运动员和10名男性滑翔伞运动员志愿者(不吸烟,无已知心血管病史,体重指数2,无处方药摄入)参与研究。参与者在漂流和滑翔伞练习的前一天和之后都采集了血液样本。数据分析采用Wilcoxon和Mann-Whitney U检验。结果:运动后漂流组低密度脂蛋白(LDL)/极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)比值明显降低;但运动后滑翔伞组的血脂参数无明显差异。结论:急性漂流和滑翔伞运动对TG和HDL的影响相似,但对LDL/VLDL的影响不同。
