摘要

研究了褪黑素对急性缺氧条件下脑基底核(尾状核、苍白球、伏隔核、杏仁核复合体)氧化修饰蛋白含量积累强度、抗氧化酶活性与蛋白水解状态的相关性的影响。在基底核急性缺氧条件下,蛋白质过氧化过程增强,抗氧化酶活性降低,蛋白质水解强度增加。在急性缺氧建模前,以每公斤体重1毫克的剂量注射褪黑激素,可降低蛋白质过氧化,增加抗氧化酶活性,使蛋白质水解参数正常化。
